So how long have you been b-boying?
11 years
What crews or crew are you currently representing?
Mighty Zulu kings & Boogie Brats.
How is the b-boy scene now in comparison to how it was in the mid 90's for you?
Things are different.. It's not so much about the good music it's about the moves! Nobody battles anymore they compete. So it's up to us few who carry on tradition to keep what's real alive!
So I heard you been getting new ink lately. Has Smurf done any of your tats?
Haha unfortunately.... Yes! Smurf is getting better so ya he's been hooking it up! Also shout out to the other homie Norm who does my work!
You and Smurf have been getting exposure on a couple TV shows lately. Any new shows or tours you're messing with at the moment or coming up?
Ya I just got finished with a great cast on a film called "Battle Of The Year" and I'm blessed to be a starring lead role in it. It was a lot fun.
What would you say to some of the new heads coming up in the b-boy scene as advice to the game?
Quit! If your starting now then it's too late.. YouTube and the Internet has changed b-boying for the worst. Its made original b-boys into know it all biters who are racing to some finish line that ends nowhere! Your best hopes are to study Kung-Fu tapes and pray you find a real master of this art form!
Where can people go to see where you might be popping up next, judging a jam or throwing one?
Nothing anytime soon I'm still waiting on something that sparks my match!
Last Words?
You grow up, you think you know everything... You get older, you learn some things... Your old, your wise, you die... Don't forget to realize what's important... Life.
